- 30-Day Returns Return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund, or exchange it. You pay the return shipping.
- Lifetime Care & Manufacturing Warranty Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for life, for its original purchaser.

- Free Ring Resizing One free resize within 12 months of delivery, by up to two sizes. Eternity rings cannot be resized.
- Free Engraving Up to 15 characters in English or Arabic, free when you order or later.
- Lifetime Trade-In & Upgrade Trade in your piece for its full purchase price towards a new piece priced at least double.
- Bespoke Custom Jewelry Design your own piece with our team, with the option to pay in four stages.
- Jewelry Care Guide How to wear, clean and store your piece so it keeps its brilliance.
Value and assurance
- Price Match Guarantee Find the same piece for less at a reliable online store and we beat that price by 10%, up to USD 200 per piece.
- Certification & Authenticity An FID house card with every piece, and an IGI grading report for every stone of 1 carat or more.
- Share Your Moments Share a photo or video of your piece and receive a gift worth 10% or 20% of its price.
