- products showing signs of wear, misuse, or abuse,
- damaged products resulting from improper handling, impact, pressure, chemicals, or customer misuse,

We also reserve the right to reject returns where the returned condition of the product prevents resale, authentication, quality verification, or proper inspection.
8. Inspection and Final Approval
All returned or exchanged items are subject to final inspection by our team.
- Our inspection may include verification of:
- authenticity,
- order history,
- condition,
- wear,
- packaging,
- tags,
- accessories,
- certificates,
- warranty documents,
and any signs of tampering, misuse, resizing, alteration, or damage.

or apply any other reasonable step permitted by law and consistent with this policy.
9. Return and Exchange Shipping Responsibility
- Unless otherwise stated by us in writing or required by law:

- the customer must not return products without prior approval,
and the customer may be responsible for safe packaging and compliance with the return process.
Where the issue is confirmed to be due to our error, such as wrong-product delivery or a verified issue attributable to us, we may cover the relevant shipping cost.
10. Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake / Not as Expected
- We may consider returns requested due to:
- change of mind,
- ordered by mistake,
- or not as expected,
provided the request is made within the eligible return period and the product fully satisfies the return conditions.
- However, these returns remain subject to:
- inspection,
- condition review,
- product eligibility,
and any exclusions set out in this policy or elsewhere on the Site.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Warranty & Repairs Policy
Warranty &Amp; Repairs Policy
1. Introduction
At FID Royal Jewelry - F.Z.E (“FID Royal Jewelry”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to quality, craftsmanship, and customer care.
This Warranty & Repairs Policy explains the terms that apply to warranty-related claims, manufacturing defect assessments, repair requests, after-sales servicing, and related support for products purchased from FID Royal Jewelry through our website or approved sales channels.
Because jewelry is a delicate product category that may be affected by wear, impact, pressure, improper use, resizing, chemical exposure, accidental damage, and third-party alteration, not every issue will qualify as a warranty matter. Some issues may instead be handled as a non-warranty repair service, subject to inspection and approval.
This Warranty & Repairs Policy should be read together with our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Who We Are
- FID Royal Jewelry is operated by:
FID Royal Jewelry - F.Z.E Free Zone Establishment - Limited Liability Ajman Free Zone C1 Building B.C. 1307352 Ajman Free Zone Ajman, United Arab Emirates
- For warranty and repair support, you may contact us at:
- Customer support: support@fidroyaljewelry.com Privacy contact: privacy@fidroyaljewelry.com
3. General Policy Approach
We assess warranty and repair matters carefully, fairly, and in good faith.
A request for warranty service, repair, replacement, or other after-sales support is not automatically accepted merely because a request is submitted. All products must first be reviewed by us, and we reserve the right to inspect the product before determining whether the issue qualifies as:
- a manufacturing defect,
- normal wear and tear,
- accidental damage,
- misuse,
- unauthorized alteration,
or another issue outside warranty coverage.
Where a matter is not covered under warranty, we may still offer a repair or servicing option on a paid basis, subject to feasibility, material availability, and our approval.
4. Warranty Coverage
FID Royal Jewelry may provide warranty support for verified manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or construction, subject to the terms of this policy and any more specific warranty terms stated on the product page, order confirmation, warranty card, certificate, or other accompanying documentation.
Warranty coverage, where applicable, is generally intended to address issues arising from defects in workmanship or manufacturing and not issues caused by wear, misuse, impact, improper handling, or external causes.
- If you wish, this section can later be tailored to state a specific warranty term such as:
- lifetime manufacturing warranty
- limited warranty for a defined number of years
- different warranty terms by product category
For now, the policy is written in a flexible way that suits your current legal drafting stage.
5. What May Be Covered Under Warranty
- Subject to inspection and approval, warranty coverage may apply to verified manufacturing defects such as:
- faults in craftsmanship,
- defects in assembly,
- setting defects arising from manufacturing,
- structural issues caused by workmanship,
- clasp, fastening, or fitting issues resulting from manufacturing defects,
or similar defects that we determine were present due to production or workmanship rather than customer use.
Whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect will be determined solely after our inspection and assessment.
6. What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
- Unless otherwise required by law, warranty coverage does not generally extend to issues arising from:
- normal wear and tear,
- scratches, dents, or surface wear,
- bent rings or misshapen jewelry,
- accidental damage,
- impact damage,
- misuse or improper handling,
- improper storage,
- chemical exposure,
- excessive force or pressure,
- neglect,
- theft or loss,
- disappearance of a product or part of a product,
- damage caused by failure to follow care instructions,
- damage caused by third-party repair, modification, or resizing,
- damage caused by unauthorized servicing,
- damage resulting from customer-requested alterations,
- chipped, cracked, or broken stones caused by impact or misuse,
- broken chains caused by snagging, pulling, or external force,
- wear to plating, finishes, coatings, or surface treatments over time,
or any issue that we reasonably determine is not the result of a manufacturing defect.
This section can later be adjusted by product category if you want different treatment for rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, or bespoke pieces.
7. Repairs Outside Warranty
If your product does not qualify for warranty coverage, we may still be able to assist through a non-warranty repair or servicing process.
- Non-warranty repair services may be offered on a paid basis and may depend on:
- the type of product,
- the nature of the damage,
- technical feasibility,
- materials availability,
- replacement component availability,
- design limitations,
and the condition of the item received.
- We reserve the right to decline any repair request where:
- the damage is too extensive,
- the repair is not technically feasible,
- the product has been materially altered,
- the product was not purchased from us or cannot be verified as authentic,
- parts are unavailable,
or the requested work would compromise quality, safety, authenticity, or brand integrity.
8. Authenticity and Eligibility for Service
We may require proof that the product was purchased from FID Royal Jewelry or through an approved sales channel before we accept a warranty or repair request.
- We reserve the right to refuse warranty or repair service where:
- authenticity cannot be verified,
- the item appears counterfeit,
- the item was not purchased from us or an approved channel,
- the product has been materially altered by a third party,
- certification, warranty documentation, or identifying details are missing where required for verification,
or the item no longer meets our service eligibility standards.
9. How to Request Warranty or Repair Support
- If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or requires repair, you should contact us first at:
- support@fidroyaljewelry.com
Please do not send any item to us without first receiving instructions.
- Where possible, your request should include:
- your full name,
- order number,
- contact details,
- product description,
- photographs of the item,
- photographs showing the issue,
- a description of the problem,
and any certificate, invoice, or warranty-related information available.
We may request additional information before confirming whether the product should be submitted for inspection.
10. Inspection and Assessment Process
All warranty and repair requests are subject to inspection.
- Our inspection may include verification of:
- authenticity,
- purchase history,
- workmanship,
- structure,
- setting security,
- wear patterns,
- alteration history,
- signs of misuse or impact,
and overall service feasibility.
- After inspection, we may determine that the matter qualifies for one of the following outcomes:
- warranty repair,
- non-warranty repair,
- replacement assessment,
- return without service,
- partial service only,
or refusal of service.
Our decision will be based on the product’s condition, the nature of the issue, technical feasibility, and the terms of this policy.
11. Warranty Remedy Options
If, after inspection, we determine that a verified manufacturing defect exists and that the matter is covered under warranty, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, offer one of the following remedies:
- repair,
- replacement,
- store credit,
- partial credit,
or another reasonable remedy.
- The exact remedy offered will depend on factors such as:
- the nature of the defect,
- whether repair is possible,
- availability of replacement materials or components,
- whether the original design can be reproduced,
- whether a comparable item is available,
and the product’s age and condition.
Warranty service does not necessarily entitle the customer to a refund unless required by law or expressly approved by us.
12. Repair Charges and Quotations
Where a matter is not covered under warranty and we agree to offer repair service, we may provide a repair quotation before work begins.
- The quotation may include:
- repair charges,
- material charges,
- replacement stone or component charges,
- labor charges,
- shipping costs,
- insurance costs,
and applicable taxes or duties where relevant.
If you do not approve a quotation within the period stated by us, we may return the item to you, hold it pending instructions, or close the request in accordance with our internal procedures.
We reserve the right to revise a quotation if, during the repair process, additional issues are discovered that could not reasonably have been identified during the initial assessment.
13. Repair and Service Timeframes
- Repair and service timeframes vary depending on:
- the nature of the issue,
- complexity of the work,
- availability of materials or stones,
- workshop capacity,
- shipping logistics,
- quality control requirements,
and whether the product requires specialized handling.
All repair and service timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If the product requires production of replacement parts, sourcing of stones, or specialized workshop work, additional time may be required.
14. Shipping for Warranty and Repair Requests
If we approve inspection or service submission, we will provide instructions for how the item should be sent to us.
- Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us:
- the customer is responsible for sending the product to us safely and securely,
- the customer is responsible for appropriate packaging,
and the risk of loss in transit to us remains with the customer until the item is received by us.
Where we confirm a verified manufacturing defect or expressly agree otherwise, we may choose to cover certain shipping costs or arrange a specific return method.
We reserve the right to require the use of specific couriers, insurance methods, or packaging standards for high-value items.
15. Return of Serviced or Unrepaired Items
- After inspection or servicing, the item may be:
- returned repaired,
- returned unrepaired,
- replaced,
or otherwise resolved according to the agreed outcome.
If a repair is declined, not feasible, not approved by you, or not covered by warranty, we may return the item to you without repair.
Where applicable, shipping charges, inspection fees, repair charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, and other related costs may still apply.
16. Effect of Third-Party Work
Any repair, resizing, setting adjustment, polishing, modification, engraving, or other service performed by a third party not authorized by FID Royal Jewelry may void eligibility for warranty coverage and may affect whether we can safely repair or service the item in the future.
- We reserve the right to refuse service where prior third-party intervention has:
- altered the product structure,
- affected authenticity,
- reduced safety,
- changed dimensions or balance,
- weakened settings,
or otherwise compromised the item.
17. Normal Maintenance and Care
Jewelry may require periodic care and maintenance over time.
Routine care, servicing, checking, tightening, polishing, cleaning, plating refresh, stone inspection, or other maintenance may be recommended depending on the product type and frequency of use.
Routine maintenance is not necessarily included under warranty unless expressly stated by us.
Customers are encouraged to handle jewelry carefully and follow any care instructions provided by us.
18. Limitation of Warranty Scope
This policy describes the general scope of warranty and repair support offered by FID Royal Jewelry.
- Nothing in this policy should be interpreted to mean that:
- all damage is covered by warranty,
- all repairs are free of charge,
- all repair requests will be accepted,
- all items are repairable,
or all manufacturing issues necessarily entitle the customer to a replacement or refund.
Each request is assessed individually based on the product, the issue presented, the condition of the item, and the terms of this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
